How to use:

1. Pour a pack of 2.7g nasal wash salt (additional purchase required) into a water bottle, then heat the water to the 300ml mark.

2. Make sure the water temperature is around 37℃. You will feel warm to the touch with your fingertips. The mucus should be washed off until completely dissolved, after which the cap should be tightened.

3. Choose the right nozzle: Please make sure to choose a baby nose washer. Children cannot use adult nasal washes.

4. Correct position: tilt the upper body forward, look down, turn a little to the side, turn the bottle upside down, and gently insert its tip into the nostril. Relax, open your mouth slightly, and breathe (through your mouth). Don't hold your breath, and don't breathe through your nose. Press the valve button at the bottom of the water bottle (Figure 1) and the solution will automatically flow out. Do not hit the water bottle. The irrigation fluid enters the nostrils, rinses the nose and sinuses and exits through the other nostril. After rinsing one nostril, release the button to stop the rinse. Rotate to rinse both nostrils.

Precautions:

1- Do not use water or regular salt in place of the nasal rinse salt

2- To avoid feeling uncomfortable, mix a nasal wash salt solution of the appropriate concentration, strictly following the instructions in this user manual

3. Do not use if it is on one side of the nose, or when you have middle ear disease or other ear diseases

4- Children 8 years of age or younger should use this product under the guidance of a physician and parents

5. Wash the device well before and after each use

6- The product should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight, and keep it away from corrosive liquids or gases.
