Welcome to Abhir Online! This policy is here to give you all the details about our shipping and delivery processes. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. We aim for clarity and fairness every step of the way.
Important Note on Pricing: The shipping prices listed below are estimates based on the time this policy was created and are subject to change without notice. The final cost for your order is calculated via API at checkout based on your specific destination and order details.
1. Order Processing Time
- Our Promise: We work hard to process and prepare your order within 3 to 5 business days. Our commitment, however, is to prepare your orders promptly and on the same day.
- Faster Dispatch: To get your order out the door as quickly as possible, if it's prepared by 9:00 PM (21:00), we'll aim to dispatch it to the carrier that same business day. We'll even do a special check for you if you contact customer service for urgent requests!
- Handover to Carrier: We don't wait for carrier pickups. We proactively deliver your package to their sorting center ourselves multiple times a day, which can save 2-3 days off the standard process.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within Saudi Arabia)
Here’s a detailed breakdown of your domestic shipping options. All costs and delivery times are estimates.
A. Standard Domestic Shipping
- Estimated Delivery: 2-7 business days.
- Costs*:
- SMSA: 29.5 for the first 15 kg, plus 2 for each additional 1 kg.
- DHL Express: 32 for the first 10 kg, plus 2 for each additional 0.5 kg.
- AyMakan: 29 for the first 5 kg, plus 3.45 for each additional 1 kg (based on actual or volumetric weight).
- Aramex: 29 for the first 15 kg, plus 3 for each additional 1 kg.
- Subul: Specific costs available at checkout.
B. Redbox Smart Lockers (13 SAR*)
- Holding Period: Your package is held free of charge for 48 hours. After that, a fee of 2.5 per day is charged for a maximum of 5 days. After 5 days, the package may be returned to us, and reshipping fees will apply.

C. Free Local Shipping
- The Deal: Enjoy free standard shipping for all domestic orders totaling 299 or more.
Qualifying Carriers: This offer applies to shipments via Redbox Smart Lockers, SMSA, AyMakan, Aramex, Subul, and DHL Express.
3. International Shipping
We're proud to offer international shipping, but please be aware of a few important details.
Important Note on International Fees (DDU):
All international orders are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means you, the customer, are responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, and taxes in your country. These charges are not included in your checkout total. Failure to pay these fees may result in your package being delayed, returned to us, or abandoned.
A. SMSA International Shipping (Primarily GCC Countries)
- Estimated Delivery: 5-15 business days.
- Costs*:
- Kuwait: 62 for the first 2 kg, plus 16 for each additional 1 kg.
- Bahrain: 54 for the first 2 kg, plus 41 for each additional 1 kg.
- Oman: 135 for the first 2 kg, plus 35 for each additional 1 kg.
- Qatar: 115 for the first 2 kg, plus 36 for each additional 1 kg.
- UAE: 55 for the first 2 kg, plus 14 for each additional 1 kg.
B. DHL Express & Aramex International
- Costs: These are calculated automatically at checkout based on your specific destination and order details.
4. Returns and Exchanges

- Domestic Free Shipping: If a return makes your order value fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- International Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
5. Responsibility for Shipments
- Our Responsibility: We ensure your order is prepared correctly and handed over to the carrier safely.
- Carrier's Responsibility: Once your package is with the carrier, they are responsible for its journey, delivery time, and condition. While we'll help you with claims, we are not liable for delays, damages, or losses once it leaves our hands.
6. Reporting Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Shipments: A shipment is considered lost if tracking has not updated for 7 consecutive days beyond the estimated delivery window or if the carrier officially declares it lost. If this happens, please notify our customer service within 7 days of the estimated delivery date or last tracking update. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
- Damaged Shipments: You must inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Any damage must be reported to our customer service within 48 hours of receiving it. You must also provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, and keep all original packaging for the claim process.
* Shipping is priced with most shipping companies through automated linking and the shipping value is presented to the customer upon completion of the order and after determining the address and choosing the shipping company.
** The store does not receive a fee for the shipping service, and pays the packaging fees, preparation of shipments and the cost of delivering orders to the shipping companies' sorting center.
